  • First Tee 2019

    The 2018-2019 Willis Foreman Golf Team participated in the National School Program Golf & Life Skills Challenge at First Tee of Augusta on March 15, 2019.  The team scored a total of 340 points with Danetria Adams leading the way with 115 points.

  • School Climate Image


    A growing body of research indicates that schools with positive school climate ratings have better test scores and higher graduation rates.  School climate refers to the quality and character of school life. 

    Students, parents, and school personnel can help Willis Foreman take the first step to improving school climate by participating in the survey's below.  The surveys are open beginning Monday, October 15, 2018 through Friday, March 1, 2019.

  • Nurse Owens

    First, parents of seventh graders must bring in an up-to-date Immunization Form 3231showing meningococcal and TDAP has been administered; second, Birth Certificates must be submitted; third, Eye, Ear, Dental and Nutrition Form 3300 must be submitted; fourth, annual hearing/vision  screenings will be completed for 3rd graders; fifth, annual vision screenings will be completed for fifth and seventh graders; and Lastly, sixth and eighth grade scoliosis forms will be sent home to parents for non approval  of annual screening by the school nurse.   


    Parents, all medical information must be updated and given to Nurse Geraldine Owens, RN.  If your child has a medical issue and has been diagnosed by their doctor, bring in the Care Plan from the doctor. The following medical issues require a Care Plan:  diabetes, asthma, seizures,  allergic to food and or insects. These forms are mandatory and need to be brought in the first two weeks of school.  Nurse Owens request all parents meet with her and discuss all medical issues.  


    Most importantly parents, Nurse Owens requires ALL parents complete a Health Card.  Health Cards are to be completed the first week of EVERY school year.  Parents, upon enrollment request and complete the health card.  Nurse Owens truly thanks and appreciates your cooperation.
