Welcome parents, grandparents, guardians, and students to fourth grade.
I am so excited about this new school year and having you in my class. English Language Arts which includes reading, grammar, and writing is an interesting and exciting curriculum. We will read and learn about many topics as well as explore diffferent genres in literature. Then use this knowledge to write creative essays and constructed responses that will help students prepare for the upcoming standardized test.
Students will also learn how to use Mathematics to solve real world problems to prepare for the standardized test at the end of the year. In addition, your child will learn about many new topics in Science and Social Studies and complete projects to enhance their understanding in these subjects.
I look forward to working with you and your child and having an exciting year!
