Week 3 Unity and Animation
Posted by Travis Wiggins on 8/14/2016This week, advanced design students will continue learning the Unity game engine. The greatest obstacle to learning this software is coding and computer science. The students have learned that bringing in graphics from all the standard softwares is quite simple. This week students will turn in their first scripted programs and will complete a new tutorial. The tutorial on game mechanics can be found here.

Week 1 Welcome and Assignment
Posted by Travis Wiggins on 7/16/2016 9:00:00 AMI would like to start the year off with a big welcome back to all my returning Graphic Arts students. I hope that your summer was both productive and reenergizing. I look forward to a wonderful year of new visual design challenges. My goal for this year's Design II students to focus their attention more on 3D modelling and animation. While this is likely to make up the majority of our curriculum, we will also be working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
