Transcripts & education verification are obtained ONLY by placing an order & making a payment ONLINE.

All orders require 7-10 school calendar  business days to prepare.  We do not offer expedited service at this time.

The Student Records Office does not have copies of any students:

immunization records,

birth certificates,

or social security cards.

Adults 18 or older must place the official order for their own transcript.

If the transcript order is for a child 17 or younger, their parents or legal guardian must place the official order.

To Order a Replacement Diploma

Provided here is the link to the required Authorization to Release Information form to obtain a copy of your diploma.

Email a copy of your ID, along with the completed authorization form to StudentRecords@boe.richmond.k12.ga.us     

Once we verify the graduation date, we will reply to your email with the contact information for Jostens. 

The cost to order a copy of your diploma is $50.00 and the fee must be paid directly to Jostens.  

 It may take up to 6 weeks or more to receive your diploma.
