Greetings! Welcome to 5th Grade!

     Greetings! I am Ms. White, the fifth grade ELA teacher for the 2019-2020.

I am excited to be here, and looking forward to making new memories with you all.

     I am originally from Anderson, South Carolina, and have lived in Augusta for 20 years.  After completing my studies at Paine College, I started my teaching career here in Richmond County.  I have been in Richmond County for 20 years as a teacher and an instructional coach.  I have a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction, with a specialization in the Creative Arts, from Lesley University.  I also hold an Educational Leadership certification, from Cambridge University.

     I have a son, Gavin, who attends C.T. Walker Magnet School.  We love to travel and play video games together!

     I look forward to an exciting learning experience with each of you.  We have lots of work to do, and I can't wait to celebrate the success and rewards for our hard work.
