The English Language Arts TeamThe English Language Arts Department is committed to the successful implementation of the RCK12 Curriculum incorporating the Georgia Standards of Excellence. This curriculum promotes high expectations for teachers and students which will result in meaningful student learning. All students have the opportunities and resources to develop the language skills they need to pursue life's goals and become life learners and productive citizens.The English language arts and reading curriculum focuses on reading of literary and informational text, reading across the curriculum, writing, listening, speaking, and viewing.
