3/17/20 - Check this Space for NEWS.

9:30 am.      I will keep a running post by date in case anyone misses access for any day. (Do not leave assignments until you feel like doing them! I will "clean up" this page by deleating old posts from time to time!

PLEASE NOTE: I am currently in the process of updating the class pages. You may see whole posts, classes, or more suddenly disappear, before reappearing in updated form. This platform can do many things, but it is a bear to use. Be patient.

10:20 am. I may establish GOOGLE CLASSROOM pages in the near future. It depends whether it is an easier platform to navigate for access to assignments, handouts, and links. It may also better allow us to have discussions. I'm exploring this now, so stay tuned. That said, this page will still be a running resource for news. Please make sure that you join your class's REMIND group, and your NO RED INK classes.

    Digital Scrapbook Project

This school shutdown is unprecedented. It has never happened before and hopefully, it won't happen again. However, memories have a funny way of fading over time, and it's always nice when we find reminders to jog our memories of the past. So, to have something to save from this year, we will...

    Create a Digital Scrapbook

Use a platform such as POWERPOINT, SWAY, GOOGLE SLIDES, etc.

You must create a visual and WRITTEN presentation of this school year.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Select digital photos of home/school/class/events from your own personal collection that you think are memorable from this school year. You can have any number of pictures you wish to include.
    • Begin with a title slide, displaying your name and a clever title (or theme) for your slideshow.
    • Include one caption per slide with a minimum of 4 sentences. (Certainly, you can write more.)
    • Clip art, sounds, or images can be used to support your slides along with the digital photos.
    • Your slideshow should include at least 7 to 10 slides. (If you want a slide or two extra to finish your scrapbook, then go ahead.)
    • Your Digital Scrapbook/Slideshow can have any theme or headings per page that you like, but some examples are: Game Time; Fashion; Family; Friends; Social Events; Headlines; Before & After the Virus, etc.
    • Use your imagination, and have fun!

DEADLINE: Friday April 3rd at 11:59 pm. Share with me through using my email: dunbawi@richmond.k12.ga.us
