Welcome to ARC! I am excited about working in the history department. This is my first year at ARC and my 27^th year teaching overall. I have taught in private, charter and public schools from elementary to middle to high school. I am certified in middle grades social studies and ELA, and high school history and government plus special education for history. Also, I coach the girls’ JV basketball team, and have coached for 20-plus years.

I was born in Augusta, Georgia and currently live in Evans. I attended Augusta University and majored in Political Science; also, I have a Master’s in the Art of Teaching (MAT). I am married and have a daughter in ninth grade here at ARC.
