As the Instructional Specialist, I will...

     Assist teachers as they implement the goals of the Georgia Standards of Excellence.

     Assist with Professional Learning.

     Model effective instructional methods through Student-Centered coaching by:

          * guiding teachers as they increase their use of technology in the classroom.

          * providing resources for teachers to maximize student learning.

          * working with teachers as they are creating their instruction.

          * assisting teachers when they are crafting classroom assessments.

          * helping teachers become reflective about their craft as they identifty their own stengths and weaknesses.

          * offering specific and targeted feedback to teachers in order to help them grow professionally.

          * helping teachers use data to drive their instructional practices.
