Addressing Your Concerns

Addressing Parent Concerns

At Richmond County School System, we value open and respectful communication with our community. Whether you are a parent, guardian, employee, or concerned community member, we are committed to addressing your questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

For Parents and Guardians

The best place to start when addressing concerns about your child’s education is with their teacher. If additional support is needed, follow the steps below:

Child

Your child’s teacher is your first and best resource for academic progress, classroom concerns, and school-related questions.

School Administrator

If an issue remains unresolved, your school’s principal or assistant principal can provide further guidance and solutions.

Assistant Superintendent

If additional support is needed, contact your school’s Assistant Superintendent for further assistance. You can find school assignments and district leadership contacts on our system website.
