Welcome to Music Class at Tobacco Road Elementary.  In our class, we will learn the basic skills of Music: Singing, Playing, Listening, Reading & Writing, and Movement. 

During the 2022 - 2023 school year, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Graders will receive lessons on playing the recorder.  Also, I am happy to announce that we will be starting back up the Tobacco Road Chorus after a two-year hiatus.  This group will be open by audition to 4th and 5th Graders and will meet after school.  Look for more information on this around the end of August. 

For all grades, there will be opportunities for your student to perform and show the skills that they have accomplished.  I look forward to helping your child explore the exciting world of music!
