Hello, my name is Kayla Herman and I am so excited to be your child's 1st grade teacher. This will be my fifth year teaching in Richmond County School District and here at Wilkinson Gardens Elementary. I am a mom of four; two (twins) in high school, one recent high school graduate, and one married.  I am married to my childhood sweetheart, who is a soldier in the Army and currently stationed at Fort Gordon. I am proudly from Kansas City, MO. Go Royals and Chiefs! I am the baby of 5 children and am extremely family oriented. My family is my world and teaching is my passion. I look forward to a wonderful year with you and your child(ren).
