Hello and welcome to my class! I am excited and honored to be your teacher this year! As a Healthcare Science Teacher at A.R. Johnson, I believe in offering our students the best and highest quality education. In my class you will learn about relevant topics in healthcare, explore the wide range of careers available in healthcare, and study the anatomy of the human body. 

I am delighted to teach courses on the 7th grade, 9th grade, 11th grade, and 12th grade levels. For seventh graders, I teach the Healthcare IT and Biotechnology course, 9th graders take Intro to Healthcare, and 11th/12th graders take the Applications of Public Health. All of my courses are taught using a variety of methods. These course incorporate a hands-on, note-taking approach in addition to encouraging students to research and hone their critical thinking skills.
