    FREEDOM PARK MIDDLE SCHOOL

    (REVISED) HEALTH SYLLABUS

    Course Description:

Maintaining emotional and physical health permits all of us, regardless of age, the best chance to achieve our life goals. This class will provide you with the fundamental of understanding your mind and body: how they work (often times together), what keeps them functioning their best, and what elements are destructive to the mind and/or body. This class will allow you to make better lifestyle choices: decisions that help determine how long you can live and how happy you will be.
