Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Stephanie Ramos
My name is Stephanie Ramos. This is my fifth year at Hains Elementary and my fifth year in Kindergarten. I am so excited and can't wait to see the learning and growth that my students will make over the year. I believe all children are like little sponges and are all capable of learning. It is my mission to help all of my students to become academically successful.
I also believe that having a routine is a very important part of a good classroom management plan. When students begin to learn the routine of the classroom it will make transitioning much easier. I have implemented a set of classroom rules that the students are expected to follow throughout the school year to motivate positive behavior. There will also be consequences for making positive choices as well as negative choices. If a student chooses not to follow the rules of the classroom or school, I will determine the appropriate consequence.
As part of my classroom management plan I will be using a daily color behavior sheet for the student's behaviors. Parents will be notified of their students behavior on a daily basis so parents PLEASE check folders. Parents please check your child's bookbag daily for homework which is given Monday-Thursday and check for notes, and other important papers.
