Accountability
Purpose and Role of Accountability
The Accountability Department:
- ensures understanding and compliance with Federal and State Accountability requirements.
- supports schools and departments with reviewing and monitoring data as part of the continuous improvement process.
- assists with the strategic planning process along with entities such as Cognia.
- supports the system accreditation process.
- monitors school council member training and meetings for all schools.
- provides a data dashboard which includes standardized test scores, demographics, and other pertinent information.
- reviews and applies for waivers when needed.
