School Improvement Grant 1003(g) 
It was made official by the Georgia State Board of Education that Glenn Hills High, T.W. Josey High, and Lucy C. Laney High will receive School Improvement Grants and Title I, Part A, Section 1003(g) ARRA School Improvement Grants.


The RCSS AHERA Management Plan is available for public inspection.

The RCSS Indoor Air Quality Plan is also available for public inspection.

With summer break upon us, let's ensure our children spend their free time exercising their minds. Barnes & Noble is proud to provide the parents of our community a B&N Summer Reading Program, "Imagination's Destination", for students in grades first through sixth, beginning May 21st through September 3rd.

Cross Creek High NJROTC earned its' "distinguished unit with academic honors" for the 12th year in a row.  Congratulations!!!

Cross Creek High Boys 4X400 relay team earned the school's first state championship.  Congratulations!!!

Congratulations to Cross Creek High School's FFA Chapter for its' numerous accomplishments at the State Convention.

Lucy C. Laney Girls 4X100 relay team won the state championship.  Congratulations!!! 

T.W. Josey's, Laporsha Wells won First Place in the Shot Put State Meet.  Congratulations!!!

Pine Hill Middle's 4-Peat Baseball Team won the Championship and the 4-Peat Lady Pather's Softball Team won the Championship playoffs.  Congratulations!!!

Congratulations to Rakeisha Thompson, student at W.S. Hornsby for receiving a "Superior" rating at the Foreign Language Association of Georgia's Spoken Language Contest.

Congratulations for a job well done by all these students and their coaches!!!
