    The ESOL team is committed to increasing English language proficiency levels of all English learners (ELs).  RCSS is a member of the WIDA (World-Class Instructional Design and Assessment) Consortium.  WIDA provides the state with language proficiency standards for ELs in kindergarten through twelfth grades.
