RPM Online Application Process

  • Thank you for your interest in the RPM (Reaching Potential Through Manufacturing) program. RPM is designed to support students who face unique challenges in completing their education. Students are considered for RPM on a reverse qualification basis, meaning those with academic credit deficiencies, non-violent behavior concerns, low attendance, or financial hardships are given priority.

Once your application is submitted, it will be carefully scored to determine eligibility. Based on this assessment, students will either be placed on the waiting list or notified if they do not qualify for the RPM program. All applicants will be informed of their qualification status.

As openings become available, students on the waiting list will be contacted to undergo a mandatory drug screening, which is required for employment with Textron Specialized Vehicles. Only students who pass this drug screening will proceed to the next steps.

After a successful drug screening, students will be notified of their onboarding and orientation date. Until then, students must continue attending school as usual. During onboarding and orientation, students will receive their official start date with RPM.

We look forward to supporting you on your journey toward success.
