• Welcome to RPM (Reaching Potential Through Manufacturing) for the 2024-2025 school year! We are excited to have your child join us. RPM, a partnership between the Richmond County School System and Textron Specialized Vehicles (TSV), is designed to motivate students to complete their education and prepare them for successful careers. Through classroom instruction, on-the-job training, mentoring, and employment opportunities, RPM equips students with the skills they need to graduate and excel in the workforce.

Students are required to attend school daily to work their four-hour shifts. To be eligible for employment, students must be at least 16 years old and pass a drug screening. As RPM is an actual manufacturing operation, students must demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to succeed.

Both RPM and Textron hold high standards for discipline, behavior, academics, and work performance. It is essential that you and your child understand the program's policies and the expectations set by the Richmond County Board of Education.

We are committed to your child’s success and look forward to partnering with you throughout the year. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the RPM facility at any time.

Once again, welcome to RPM. We look forward to a successful and productive school year!

    Sincerely,

    Dr. Kierstin Johnson
    Principal
