Welcome to the Fifth Grade!

My name is Dr. Ancrum (or Dr. A), and I will be teaching 5th grade English/Language Arts (ELA) and Social Studies to your child(ren). I am excited to get the 2022-2023 academic year started, and witness growth in every student that walks through the door. Learning will be challenging but fun, and incorporate many interactive lessons. Education is the foundation for almost everything we do; because of that, I want students to love learning, and discover all the possibilites that having an education can bring. Transparency is important to me, so parents will be kept abreast of what is going on with their child(ren).
