Welcome! I serve as an Instructional Coach to support instruction and the professional learning needs of the teachers of Butler High School. I am also the ESOL teacher for our English Language Learners. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina where I majored in English. Go, Gamecocks! I also have degrees from Augusta University in the area of Educational Leadership. Because of my love of literature and writing, I worked as a classroom English teacher for sixteen years in two states (SC and GA) and three counties (Allendale, Aiken, Richmond). For seven years I have been blessed to work with some wonderfully encouraging educators in my role as an Instructional Coach.
