I was born and raised in the CSRA in both Augusta and North Augusta. I have been married for 19 years and I have a 17-year-old son. I have a large family and I married into a large family.  I have a dog and 2 cats.

My favorite colors are pink and lime green.  I love silly jokes, animals, babies, and all things that glitter. I am tough but fair. I believe all students need love and acceptance and to know that mistakes mean that you are learning.

Math is my favorite subject to teach and to practice. It is my belief that math is best learned using hands-on manipulatives and strategies.

I love being outdoors in the sunshine and I adore gardening and growing plants from seeds.
