The Georgia Department of Education has partnered with Parent ProTech to provide digital safety resources and training to all Georgia public schools, in order to comply with GA SB351.  GA SB351 (Protecting Georgia's Children on Social Media Act of 2024) aims to enhance student safety and digital citizenship in Georgia's public schools.  This collaboration aims to equip families with the tools and knowledge to navigate the online world safely and responsibly.

For the 2025-2026 school year, the Richmond County School System's expectation is that completion of Richmond 101 will satisfy the SB351 requirements, with the Parent ProTech resources as optional grade-level resources teachers may use with their students.
