Welcome to Richmond Hill Elementary! My name is Dr. Buggs and I am pleased to serve as the Instructional Specialist for our Math and Science Teachers. I have a solid commitment to promote evidence-based strategies for teachers to incorporate inside of their classroom to provide our students with the best quality instruction. I will work collaboratively with the math and science content area teachers, enrichment teachers, and administration to make sure that we are making Richmond Hill a place that is conducive to learning and strive to help students at reaching their academic goals.
