About me:

I started my teaching career in North Carolina Public Schools, teaching there for 5 years. Around 2015, I decided I wanted to move abroad and teach. God blessed me with an amazing opportunity to do so, and I spent the last nine years teaching abroad in Southeast Asia at a top-performing international private school. While living abroad, I traveled to dozens of different countries, experienced new food, cultures, and languages. I also met some amazing people! In 2023, I returned to America and started teaching in Richmond County Public Schools.

I have 3 children who are 30, 27 and 10 years old. Aside from teaching, I love fashion, traveling to different countries, shopping, styling celebrities and attending concerts and comedy shows. I believe each day that we are given on Earth, we should enjoy it to the fullest. My motto is “Live Your Best Life”.

As a teacher, I love children and I enjoy seeing them learn new skills. My ultimate goal is to allow students to complete hands-on activities so they can learn how to apply the skills they learn in the classroom in their own lives.

I know this will be a positive, engaging, and successful school year.
