Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to Mr. Blakely’s class. I hope that each of you had an enjoyable summer and is ready for a brand new and exciting school year.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Javaris Blakely and this is my seventh-year teaching. I will be serving as the E.I.P. (Early Intervention Placement) Math Teacher for Tobacco Road Elementary. I am a graduate of Paine College with a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education.

I’m very excited about this school year, and look forward to working with each of you. My goal is to provide the best education possible for all students. I look forward to introducing and implementing many wonderful and worthwhile projects this year.

I want your child to enjoy coming to school each day. I also want to make your child’s classroom environment a pleasant one, filled with rich experiences, challenging projects, loads of achievements, and lasting friendships.
