• Welcome! I am a Belair K-8 Special Education Inclusion Teacher.  The new year is here! Our school year is coming to an end.  I want us to finish strong by making sure homework is completed in a timely manner, Iready reading and Math lessons are given 15 minutes a day for each subject, your child takes the time to study for tests, and that your child practices in areas that are in need of building up.  Homework is a daily requirement that allows parents to not only see what their student is learning but  also to see where your child's level of understanding is on the standards.  The homework that is given should be modified based on your child's accomodations. Repetition of skills will make your child's skills increase and move that skill to long term memory.   If your child is struggling with homework or a skill, take the time to chunk the work in smaller managable parts and repeat/rephrase the directions.   If you wish for me to tutor your child,  I am available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 5pm. Please shedule with me first for availability.  During tutoring, your child will need to bring the skill they are working on in class and or homework.    The year is quickly coming to a close. Lets work together through communication and preparation of your child so we can achieve the goal of having your child to reach success this year.

    Thank You,

    Mr Englade
