Chief Flournoy served 22.5 years in the US Army, conducted multiple deployment duties, after retiring from the military as a Chief Warrant Officer. Chief began his second career as a JROTC Instructor. Chief Flournoy performed JROTC Instructor duties in the Fulton County School System prior to transitioning to the Richmond County School System. Chief Flournoy have recieved many awards, accolades, and recognition throughout his career. Chief Flournoy resides in the Richmond County Community.
