Dear Parent or Guardian:

All students in the Richmond County School System will be issued a Federal Impact Aid Student-Parent Survey for you to fill out and promptly return to your child’s school.

Parents of Virtual Learning Students can complete and sign the survey card in the fillable PDF version and email this back to the child’s school.

Richmond County needs your assistance in applying for these funds. Therefore, for each school age student in your household, please complete and sign the student-parent survey, and return/submit it to your child’s school ASAP.
