Welcome everyone! My name is Amanda Holmes and I have been teaching English Language Arts at various levels for 20 years. I earned my Bachelor's degree and my Master's degree from Georgia Southern in 2004 and 2020. Go Eagles! #GATA Additionally, I am AP and Gifted certified. I love everything about teaching literature and hope to inspire my students to become avid readers with an appetite for learning. My teaching style includes engaging activities, in-depth analysis of text, and differentiating my instruction for my students.

I am married to my wonderful husband, Adam, and together we raise our son, Hunter. I also have two dogs and two cats to round out our little family.
