I am Mr. Nathaniel Sumpter Jr, born and raised in Orangeburg, South Carolina. I am delighted to have the opportunity to teach 8th grade scholars; English Language Arts and Georgia Studies. This is exciting and I am ready to begin my third year here at Richmond Hill K-8.
Here's a little about me. I am dedicated to meeting the needs of every child that I encounter, good or bad, small or great. My goal is to educate my students and encourage them to be their best selves. Know that my arms, ears, and shoulders are here for ANY child who may feel unsupported or misguided. I love the field that I have chosen to be part of; therefore, it is in my best interests to bring all that I have to school each day to ensure my students success and development on their journey to becoming America's Best Scholars.
