OFFICIAL MOVE-IN DATE ANNOUNCED!

After much anticipation, we are thrilled to announce that we have an official move-in date for our new school building at 150 Potential Way, Augusta, GA 30909. We will begin the transition with an opening day on Monday, January 6, just after winter break.    

In preparation for the move, here are some important schedule changes and reminders:  

• Thursday, December 19 - Friday, December 20: We will observe a Learn from Home Day as staff settle into the new building. 

• Monday, December 23 - Thursday, January 2: All schools and offices closed for Winter Break.  

• Friday, January 3: We invite you to attend our Open House from 4 to 6 p.m. to map out new classroom locations and learn more information about pick-up and drop-off procedures.  

• Monday, January 6: First day of school at the new Belair Middle School. 

As a reminder, students will have the same schedules, teachers, and bus numbers at the new building. Doors will open at the regular school start time. We will provide any additional updates if information changes on our relocation landing page at rcboe.org/bmsupdates.
