• Copeland Elementary School is proud to be a Title I School.  Title I is designed to provide financial assistance to states and school districts. It’s overall purpose it to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on challenging state academic achievement standards and assessments.  Copeland Elementary has utilized the funds to hire personnel, update technology, and provide resources to all our students so they have what is needed to succeed.
