As a Title I school, we must meet federal regulations related to teacher qualifications as defined in The Elementary and Secondary Education Assistance Act (ESEA) of 1964. These regulations allow you to learn more about your child’s teacher training and credentials.

Title 1 Annual Evaluation
Dear Parent/Guardian and Family Members,
The Richmond County School System is a Title I school system. As the parent/guardian of a child attending a Title I school, you are an important part of the Title I team. Your input is vital in the planning andimplementation of the parent and family engagement program and activities in our school. The focus of allTitle I programs is to help eligible students meet the same high academic achievement standards expectedof all children, regardless of their socioeconomic status and background.We would like to invite you to join us virtually for our Annual Title I Meeting.
