A Message from the Media Specialist 

Hello parents and students!

My name is Mrs. Davis and I am the Media Specialist (I prefer librarian 😊) at Meadowbrook Elementary School. My favorite part of being a Media Specialist is promoting the love of reading and seeing students' eyes light up when they find that perfect book! This school year, the media center/library will operate on a flexible schedule. On a flexible schedule, teachers can schedule their class any time there is an availability on the schedule. Students will be checking out library books during library visits as well as learning skills to use the library and its resources correctly. This knowledge will impact their academics in the classroom combined with the effective collaboration between myself and their teacher. Students can also visit the library individually or in small groups (up to 4) to check out books, work on research, etc.  As always, my goal is for your child to always experience the wonders in their school library.
