• IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) are updated at least annually for every student who is currently in the special education program. However, a meeting can be called at any time by any team member. Parents/guardians will receive meeting notices at a minimum of 10 days prior to each one. It is imperative that meeting notices are signed and sent back to the special education teacher. If this time needs to be rescheduled, please contact me to make arrangements. 
    • Parents, you know your child better than anyone else, and it is important that we have your input when IEP meetings are hosted. 
    • Progress reports will be sent home with the student every quarter (varies for each student based on when their meeting is). Please be on the lookout for these to review their progress on their IEP goals.
