Welcome to my Physical Education class!  We will be exploring topics that involve Fitness, Team Sports, and Recreational Sports. We will also partake in the FitnessGram testing battery to determine how your student(s) compare to those in the United States.  The following categories will be tested: Flexibility, Height, Weight, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Cardiovascular Endurance.  On this page, yiu will also find out Physical Education contract for the 2025–2026 school year.
