Greetings I have the pleasure of serving as W.S. Hornsby Middle School’s In School Support (I.S.S) Facilitator. My class is guided and centered around W.S. Hornsby’s P.R.I.D.E Matrix. In School Support, class is designed to guide students in self-reflection of unproductive negative behavioral choices. My primary goal as an I.S.S Facilitator is to aid students with the essential conversations to activate positive self-awareness. I plan to educate, encourage, and elevate students each day to reach their full potential. 

Educational Philosophy: My philosophy of education is to meet each child at his or her educational level, promote developmental growth, eliminate educational gaps, and encourage positive self-esteem.
