Cheers To 7th Grade !
This year will be unlike any other! I am thrilled and excited to be welcoming you all to 7th grade math. I know math may not be everyone's favorite, but I guarantee you we will make it as fun as possible!
About Me
I am Kavonte Lambert, and this will be my first year at WS Hornsby, and this is also my first year teaching. I am a native of Fayetteville, N.C. and have been in the Augusta area for a few years now. In my spare time I love taking naps, spending time with my family, and eating. I am excited that this will be my first year at Hornsby, and I can't wait to show my students how fun math can be. Let's create something new while working our minds in the process.
7th Grade Math Curriculum
The 1st half of the school year we will be diving into
- Operations with rational numbers
- Expressions and equations
- Ratios and Proportional relationships
The 2nd half of the school year we will be diving into
- Geometry
- Inferences
- Probability
