I graduated from Piedmont College in 2003 with my Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. I graduated in 2012 from Valdosta State University with my Master's Degree in Instructional Technology.

This is my 20th year teaching. I have taught 9-12 grades at Jackson County Comprehensive High School and Georgia Cyber Academy. I have taught 6-8th grades at Lewis Frasier Middle School. I have taught K-5th grades at Center Elementary School, Martha Rawls Smith Elementary, Hope Springs Christian Learning Center and Georgia Cyber Academy. This is my 2nd year at McBean. I am SO excited to be part of the McBean family! 

I have 3 children, 2 of whom live at home. We have lived in Augusta for 1 year. I love manatees, UGA football, Tigger and Eeyore.
