A little bit about me:

Educational Background and Certification

I received my Bachelors Degree in 2012 from Grand Canyon University with a degree in Elementary Education (K-8) with a concentration in Mathematics. I also received my Masters Degree in 2017 from Walden University with a Masters of Science in Education with a concentration in both Reading and Mathematics and my Specialist degree from Brenau University in August of 2023. I currently hold certification in the state of Georgia in Middle Grade Math, Middle Grade Social Studies, Middle Grade ELA/Language Arts, and Elementary Education.

Personal Life:

I have 3 daughters, my oldest is in College at Emory University. My middle daughter is an emergency room nurse and was just married in June. My youngest daughter is still attending college here in Augusta. I live in Harlem with my fiance, Eric, and our dogs: Charlie, Saban and Remi. When I am not teaching I LOVE to read and play the piano. I also love to watch sports, especially college football (Roll Tide), and have recently started to enjoy basketball.
