My name is David Scouten and this is my first year at Tutt Middle School.  This will be my twenty-first year of teaching students pe.  For the first twelve years I taught at Freedom Park School on Fort Gordon.  For two years I was splitting time between Freedom Park and A. Dorothy Hains.  I was a health/pe teacher at Cross Creek High School for six years.  I taught students health, outdoor activities, and ISS while at Cross Creek.  I was the assistant varsity girls' basketball coach for four years when we won region 3 out of 4 years and won a state championship under the direction of head coach Kim Schlein.  I was also the head golf coach for 4 years.  I have a former player playing college golf for Chicago St.  I am looking forward to a great year at Tutt MS!
