• Welcome to my Bayvale page. 
     
    I am Ms. Purvis and I will be part of the First Grade team this year. 
    I look forward to working with each and every parent, guardian, and family member to ensure that our students have a very successful school year.  
     
    I am happy to share that while this will be my first year back in first grade after 15 years, this is my 20th year in education and my 19th year at Bayvale Elementary School. I have had the pleasure of working in Pre-K, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades over the past 20 years. As one of the First Grade Teachers, I am so excited to be back in the classroom after being the K-2nd grade Augmented EIP teacher last year. I will be providing whole group, small group, and personalized intervention to small groups each day form Reading and Math. I am excited to be able to use my experience and training to help students become academically stronger and more excited about learning.
