HELLO!!!!!!!! It gives me great pleasure and honor to be A.D. Hains Elementary Magnet Instructional Specialist.

I have been teaching for 12 1/2 fun years and look forward to many more fun years of teaching!

1. 1. Collaborate on Rule Design:

   Help teachers develop rules that are positive, concise, and easy for students to understand. 

    
2. 2. Promote Consistency:

   Guide teachers in teaching, practicing, and consistently reinforcing these expectations. 

    
3. 3. Focus on Positive Reinforcement:

   Encourage teachers to balance corrective feedback with acknowledging and praising positive behaviors. 

    
4. 4. Facilitate Classroom Visits:

   Observe classroom management, providing non-evaluative feedback on how to best achieve the agreed-upon rules and expectations. 

    
5. 5. Model and Support:

   Model positive interactions and provide individualized support to teachers as they foster a respectful and productive learning environment for their students.
