The Instructional Specialist (IS) has the opportunity to support teachers through a collaborative thinktank process. During this collaborative process, the teachers and IS analyze student data, create engaging activites, and actively plan for the coming lessons. I also support teachers through modeling and coaching.

Innovate to Elevate simply means to acknowledge the current situation and then develop creative pathways to arrive at the solution.

It is my professional goal to assist my colleagues through the process to ensure we are giving both teachers and students the best opportunity to succeed!
