Hello!  I'm Mrs. Wendy Taylor.  I am new to Richmond County and Hephzibah and am enjoying getting to know the community.  This is my 18th year teaching Special Education and the fourth in Middle School.  My first goal as a Special Education teacher is to teach my students self respect, self reliance, and self belief.  So often, by middle school, students have developed such a sense of learned helplessness that I have no chance of making them interested in Literary Point of View until I can convince them that their own point of view should be "I can" instead of "It's pointless. I'm just here because my mom makes me."
