¡Hola! Mi nombre es Señora Walker/My name is Señora (Mrs.) Walker. I will be teaching Spanish this year at Freedom Park School. I have taught Spanish for several years ranging from kindergarten through college. I am a proud US Army Veteran and went to school to get a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish after getting out of the military, then I went on to Auburn University to obtain a Master of Hispanic Studies. I studied abroad for three summers to Mexico twice and then once to Costa Rica. I have a diverse background and a myriad of experience, working in the Federal Government doing project management, handling the business side of information technology, in customer relations and negotiating agreements. I enjoy incorporating stories of my experiences in class and I look forward to building relationships with your children as they learn Spanish.
