At Freedom Park School, we offer Cheerleading, Basketball, Track & Field, and Golf for our middle school students.  Any middle school student interested in trying out for any of these sports MUST have a physical on file with the Athletic Department.  These forms can be found on the Freedom Park Athletic Department webpage by clicking on the link "Sport Physicals".  ALL forms must be filled out, signed, and returned to the Athletic Department before a student can tryout.
