We want each child to leave Kindergarten with:

 In order to maintain a positive and structured learning environment, I use a three colored behavior system. Every day is a new day which means everyone starts on green. If a student misbehaves during the day he/she is given a warning. If the student is spoken to again, the green card goes to the back leaving the yellow card in front.  If the student is addressed again the yellow card will go to the back which leaves the red card.  The red card is an automatic parent contact on Dojo or a phone call.

 Consequences

1^st Offense - One or two verbal warnings

2^nd Offense - 1 Dojo Point Gone and Card Moved

3^rd Offense - 1 Additional Dojo Point Gone & Parent Message 

There will be a Behavior Calendar in your child’s homework folder that will let you know if your child moved any cards and/or lost points. Sign the report nightly and return it to school in the homework folder.

 Encourage your child to work hard at keeping their points positive.
